Waste Incinerators: Optimisation of Use.
This project was an energy, managerial and technical study of the operations of the existing high temperature waste incinerators, a key resource for their owners Clinical Waste Australia.
The study covered
potential improved efficiencies,
strategic considerations for the future, and
possible waste heat recovery projects ( cogeneration),
waste to energy conversion (gas fired fuel cells)
report and recommendations on optimising the use of the incinerators.
The study was part funded through AusIndustry.
